At SOMAIA , your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our returns and exchange policy below.
📅 Return deadline
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be in new and unworn condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging , with all accessories, certificates and documents provided.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
🚫 Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized jewelry (engravings, special orders, custom sizes).
- Earrings , for hygiene reasons.
- Items on sale or final sale .
🔄 Return or exchange procedure
- Contact us at info@justsomaia.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label .
- Carefully package the item and drop it off at the designated collection point.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Exchanges will be processed subject to availability of the desired items.
🎁 Gift wrapping
If your order included gift wrapping or promotional items , these must also be returned for a full refund.
